Great run round the muirkirk today finishing at the pathhead cafe well done to the 7 guy's that turn up at the club rooms. The sunday run's seem to be paying off as the guy's are getting fitter week by week today's ave speed being a touch over 16mph not bad considering the time of year hear's to next week .The slab.
