Can anyone shed any light on this problem. When I index I usually do while its on my turbo and its perfect. When I then ride and put stress on to the pedals its crap, is this problem a stretched chain or something else?
Any advice would be appreciated.

| its either a stretched chain or cable,or the gears need adjusted,bring it to my shop.cyclesmith in rutherglen,and ill sort the problem, |
