An excellent event organised by Jim Cusick and the Glasgow Couriers, with marshaling help from Fullarton Wheelers and Dooleys.
The course used the A78 from Eglington Park to Troon & back, with a section up the A71 to Moorfield roundabout on the way out. 2 laps of this and you had you're 50 miles, 99% dual carriageway, good surface as well.
Slightly windy as you would expect on an Ayrshire course, but some good times produced Iain Grant Dooleys RT winning in a 1:46.19.
2 Albert riders taking part:
George Skinner - 2:37.35
James Skinner - 2:17.55
