BUT Creatine is banned in France(plus several other countries) meaning it is illegal to sell it although you wouldn't fail a drug test for having it in your system. The reason being they still don't know if there is any long term damage to be done to the liver and kidneys. You're better off taking EPO. At least you know that's dangerous! lol

Why do you need to take a performance enhancing substance in the first place, if you eat properly you will get everything you need to maintain a strong and healthy body. |
