Date for Diaries
This year's run (4th successive year) will be held on Sunday, 2nd May. All are most welcome to come along for this run in fantastic Borders countryside.
Riders from Johnstone Wheelers will again be invited to join us.
Free entry.
Start - Blackwood Hall 9.30am
For new club members, from Larkhall
Proceed on B7078 to Blackwood
Proceed past church and school on left to small crossroads at corner shop
Turn left - Blackwood Hall is 100 yards up on the right
The route will take in Biggar, Broughton, Stobo, Meldons, Eddleston (with a few variations), then Peebles and the Hub cafe at Glentress - where lunch will be served (at your own expense).
One of the main objectives of this run has been to keep the group together for the whole distance. It's an exercise in pacing, stamina and looking after each other, as well as enjoying the scenery, ra banter and meeting the objective!
As usual, Morag said she will be laying on (free) soup and cakes afterwards - not to be missed!
If you are interested in coming along, please post.
Looking forward to seeing you on the day.

That date clashes with the 2 up Boomerang Trophy which is always an event a lot of club riders do, just to give you the heads up Dennis. _________________ It never gets easier, you just get faster. |

Sounds a great ride, but are just looking into going to Disney for that weekend. My two little princesses will not be pleased if I change any plans. |

Bring the kids Lee, we're a Mickey Mouse club anyway! Good to have you on board!
