| GREAT WEEK END GREAT WEATHER GOOD FOOD A FEW BEERS GREAT COMPANY AND I ALSO ENJOY THE CYCLING, ALSO A BIG THANKS TO THE RED ROCKET FOR PICKING UP THE BOYS GEAR FROM PRO AM CYCLES IN LARKHALL AND TAKING IT UP TO THE LEADHILLS THEN THE RETURN JOURNEY BACK FROM LEADHILLS TO LARKHALL THANKS LADS AND HOPE TO MEET UP SOON CHEERS (THE SLAB) |

Sounds like it was a good weekend! I rode out to meet everyone at Leadhills this morning but got a puncture on the way over which made me late. When i got there the woman at the shop said you had left about 10minutes ago, *****!
Still, decided to carry on so went to Elvanfoot, Biggar, Lanark, Law and home on me tod
What route did you take back? |

Sorry Paul, didn't know you were planning to come out. We would have waited.  We came back via Sanquar, Crawfordjohn, Douglas and the Truckstop. There's always next year! Think there we be a regular Sunday run throughout the winter and a Monday night run on lit roads anyway. Cheers |

Thanks to John for organising things and to Alec for being so kind in picking up our gear, had a great time, hotel and food were superb topped off with good company.
