Hi Kate, there a good ladies group go out every Sunday morning. The pace is steady but no rider is left. You can contact a lot of the ladies group on the royal albert cycling club facebook page and contact Alan Kain.
Cheers Lee |

No evening rides yet and not sure of the plans for this year but usually there is a ten mile trial every second Wednesday from May to August starting from Canderside Toll and heading toward Blackwood and back. Also last year there was a series of 'urban' runs starting at Hamilton for a 16/17 mile circuit every other Wednesday. |

Hope to see you on Sunday Katie. Do you know where the club hut is? 9am for 9:15 start. I think the plan is for 10 mile time trials weekly and also club runs the same night from Hamilton out, so there will be a choice on a Wednesday. I will confirm that though. _________________ You are not the only one suffering! |

We can sort that out closer to the time. Getting out on a Sunday is first priority! _________________ You are not the only one suffering! |

Well that's funny as we are in the throws of arranging a day away over the ferry to Dunoon and cycling the surrounding area. Admin will post all info on here for the 31st. (Under days away probably) Yes the club hit is behind the cycle shop. That would be a good day to start. 70 miles or so at a slightly easier pace. Great views and hills etc. _________________ You are not the only one suffering! |
