Not the Best Turnout Today only 12 guy's in Total for Today's Club Run Considering the Weather, Clear sky's, light winds Sunshine and Dry roads, Leaving the club rooms at larkhall the bunch headed down the Clyde Valley onto the Braidwood Climb at Crossford where we all regroup at the top of the Hill with new guy Paddy saying if I new it was that hard I would have walk up the climb, just as well he did not know it ! Turning right we then headed out over Lanark to Hyndford Bridge onto Rigside, Lesmahagow and stoping at pathhead cafe for lunch a great day's Training in good company also it was good good to see new faces joining the bunch Today, Jack (Red Fox) Cheape, The Spider, The Beast of the Valley, Wee Tommy Murray. and the Mean Machine himself Dennis White leading from the front untill next week The Slab. Laughing

Good effort guys, very admirable that you are getting some good miles in at this time of year. The Slab is the Boss and we should stick to the script. If anybody wants to mix it up, I will be back from Lanzarote for next Sunday, 16th Dec, and happy to see off any upstarts, especially EKRC. Jocky, you are not too old to go to the front, get in there and show us the way. Cycling, it s a way of life.
