4 guy's set off tonight from the bay horse pub opp, hamilton racecourse to head off towards bothwell, london rd, cambuslang, blantyre, hamilton, to finish at hamilton racecourse. It was good to see x club champion jack cheape joining the group along with jim lauchlan, lee sallis, and myself good steady pace was enjoy by all and the group where now looking forward to the sunday run we even manage to miss the rain which is no easy no matter how fast you go !

Thanks Slab ,lee ,jim, only way back is is to suffer ,good pace set tonight by the lads ,smashing to be in good company ,the club is going well and il be back for another good few batterings ,great circuit for a midweek trg session hope the bunch goes from strenth  |
