The following message was recieved from Brendan Corr of the Law Wheelers regarding thier 100 in 8 ride this Sunday.
Hi Just to let you know our 100 in 8 run is this Sunday if any of your guys wish to join us you're more than welcome.

Might be a good run for the guys who rode the 100 mile sportive last Sunday. |

Hi Lee, Ill be at the clubhouse at 9:00 for club run #10 - Polkemmet Cafe run.
100 is still a bit too far for me at the moment. |

Great run today with 11 guy's leaving the larkhall club room's, good steady pace with all the guy's looking out for each other on the road stoping at pollkemmet park west lothian for lunch and then heading home together all in all a good day's training to next time, The slab.
