Great club run in lovely sunshine today with 7 guys leaving the club rooms good steady pace throughout the run with all the guys working well together and stoping at the pathhead cafe for lunch best bit of the day was wee tommy doing a frank sinatra song at the cafe sounds like ya ra ra catch u guys next week The slab. Ps forgot to say total mls 66 all in.

It was a great run today, my first up the Glen Taggart. Great weather and good banter, it doesn't get any better than that. After a huge slice of carrot cake at the Pathead Cafe, I headed back towards Motherwell. Feeling full of energy I thought I would do some hill cilmb training between Strathclyde Park and Bellshill. I did the climb 3 times, I now wish I had gone staight home. My legs are going to be sore tomorrow!
I will send a post from Mallorca next week.
