Club run leaving from the clubhouse at 1015am.
On the website, I've made a page called "Club Run Routes".
You'll see last weeks Glentaggart route, and a route for going round Muirkirk.
If anyone has any suggestions regarding Sunday Routes either new or old club favorites let me know. I'll get them on a map, and up on the club website, that way we can decide on the weekends route beforehand.
My vote is for Muirkirk loop, with a stop at Pathhead cafe. |

Welcome to the Royal Albert.
The runs are always tailored to suit whoever is out that day, nobody gets left behind. At this time of year nobody's going to be racing away.
We have a couple of guys new to the bike and everybody's welcome.
last weeks run averaged 16.5mph, but that was probably about as fast as it will ever get, most folks are happy just to get out pedaling for a few hours. |

In that case, assuming the rustyleg and oldboy run isnt out i'll try my best to be out. 1015 shouldnt be too taxing!
Cheers

I peeled off at Cairnlodge and got some fuel.
Thanks for the patience, still learning and need to learn to pace myself and learn when and how to refuel. Was good to get out with a group and see how it works in reality and see the difference it makes to the amount of effort you need to put in.
More miles more often will soon sort out my fitness.
Cheers Again... _________________ Matt |

Hi Matt,
Yes, regularity is the first thing, then eating and drinking is the next. After that, it all falls into place.
