Slow or moderate pace to suit those attending, with cafe stop and lots of banter, and no one will be left behind.
This run is primarily for beginners, as well as those who have not been out for a while and whose legs are a bit rusty!
We will meet at the Club Hut in Wellgate Street (behind Pro Am Cycles), Larkhall at 9am.
Looking forward to seeing you there.

Im afraid I doubt i'll be up early enough, just going to bed after photographing a wedding today.
