Bit late notice I know, but EKRC are running an APR tonight from Sandford hall. The circuit is Sandford-Boghall-Lesmahagow-Happendon Services R/A and back, approx 26m usually 3 groups, timings mean its usually quite close at the end.
Importantly coffee and cakes after.
�2.00 entry
1st group off at 6:45pm

Bundy was particularly brutal, big gaps, think they would normally be filled with EK riders!!

Aye, cracking night.
Rocked up, said it was the first time I was turning a pedal in anger since my crash a few weeks back. And still the pointless 4th cat is chucked in with scratch group 2nd/3rd cats of Murdochs etc.
Would struggle to keep up with them when i'm fit nevermind at the moment. So, entirely predictably I got pumped out the back after the grand total of 2.5miles 
Sooner folk realise i'm actually crap on a bike, the better  |
