| JUST GOT BACK FROM SPAIN TODAY HAD A GREAT HOLIDAY WILL HAVE TO EASE MYSELF GENTLY BACK ON TO THE BIKE AFTER TWO WEEKS OF SUN SEA AND LAGER NOT TO MENTION EATING OUT ANYWAY THE HARD TRAINING STARTS TOMORROW AGAIN! WILL TIME KEEP THE 10TT AT CANDERSIDE TOMORROW AS I WILL BE GOING OUT ON THE BIKE DURING THE DAY ALL THE BEST LADS THE SLAB. |

Sounds like it was good John! I'm trumping your two weeks off the bike with my 4 weeks off.
I would get dropped going over a railway bridge now! 
I'll timekeep tomorrow John, back from work in time so it's no bother. |
