Hope to see a good group of guy's out tomorrow for the muirkirk circuit club room 9 am-9 15 start cheers The Slab.

Great run today with 7 guy's meeting and leaving the larkhall club rooms and heading out onto the muirkirk rd usual summers day strong winds, heavy rain, cold showers, apart from that it was good to have chipo out with the group and big vinny who was in his best form for a good few season's and was going great within the group, Also chipo made a jump just after the muirkirk rd and was chase down by 2 albert men willie young and tommo on his new carbon venge after that it all came together again for a group run back to the pathhead cafe a great day's training with all the guy's working well for each other with avg speeds of 18mph as we arrive at the cafe fresh as we left untill next week The Slab.

I enjoyed the run today and some good miles in the legs after a while off the bike. Hurting a bit tonight after chasing down Cipo

Glad you enjoy the day thomo and also by not letting chipo have his own way on the road, as jocky say's we will have to get yourself into the racing front be it road race or time trial as you are showing great form cheers The Slab.
