Only 2 guy's took to the road this sunday myself and alex barr meeting at the club room at 09 00 and setting off at 9 15 a good run was had with a good steady pace being set throughout the run avg 16mph stoping at polkemmet park for lunch we then return home via newhouse 50mls great training was had until neek week The slab. ps out on the run we spoted some of the pro-am gang big del, scott anderson also at larkhall we met chipo who is making good progress after his cycling injury.
