Five guy's left the larkhall club room's at 9 -15 to head for muirkirk all was going well untill we join the muirkirk rd, at the road end there was a touch of wheels and down came lee sallis and alex barr both partie's came away with no injurie's the only causality being alex's back carbon wheel which he only got on friday was twisted and unable to ride it, alex's day over he phone his wife to come and get him, The rest of us then carry on including newcomer to the group john ryan who had a excellent day out and was showing plenty of deterimation, stoping at the cafe at pathhead where we met john robertson, tommy bell we set off for home a good day's training in hard condition's myself and james skinner covering 70mls here's to next week come and join us The slab.

Some good steady miles done, well done to John Ryan who worked hard all the way round.
