Great run today in lovely sunshine 7 guy's left the larkhall club rooms at 10.15.To start today's run ,good to see Jim paton joining the group along with Willie young ,fast pace was set from the off with all the guy's working well as a unit avg speed's off 16mph in very hilly terain as we arrive at the whitelees wind farm as a group we meet up with john pardo who set out on his own to meet us there after the cafe stop it was a very gentle pace home another great day on the bike hope to see more guy's out next week. The slab.

Will you be out for a club run on Sunday 25th March? I am keen to get some miles before my first Bundy run of the season on 27th March. I left it too late last season, my first run was in August. Embarassed

I will get in early this year.

LEE AND THOMO GOOD TO HEAR THAT YOU GUY'S ARE COMING OUT TOMORROW 25/3/12 THE CLUB RUN WILL BE ROUTE 1 ON THE CLUB CALENDER, ALSO REMEMBER THE CLOCK'S SPRING FORWARD AT MIDNIGHT TONIGHT, THE CLUB RUN'S WILL NOW MEET AT 09.OO AND LEAVE AT 09.15 FROM CLUB ROOMS SEE YOU GUY'S IN THE MORNING ALL THE BEST THE SLAB.
