Slow or moderate pace to suit those attending, with cafe stop and lots of banter, and no one will be left behind.
This run is primarily for beginners, as well as those who have not been out for a while and whose legs are a bit rusty!
We will meet at the Club Hut in Wellgate Street (behind Pro Am Cycles), Larkhall at 10am.
Looking forward to seeing you there.

I'll be out tomorrow, i need to get out on the bike before the Glasgow - Edinburgh ride next weekend.
Ally, if you're riding to the clubhouse, i will be going through the West End about 0920, if i don't see you on the road, I'll catch you at the clubhouse. |
