To be too hard on yourself Tommo - the fact it isnae even funny doesnae help!
Nae, you'll get away with a standard road bike - you shouldn't lose too much time over 4m. Don't wear a pointy helmet.... even if you have one!!

Annan - Amman..... how can anyone not think that's funny!? 
To be fair, there wasn't much else on after X-factor and he is one of the UK's top-selling recording artists of the last 10 years
