The weather forecast is cold but sunny/cloudy so hopefully we'll get back to the agreed format of two groups (fast and slow), as well as a possible third (very slow) if required.
Meeting at 9.45am as usual, with the slow group away at 10am and the fast at 10.15.
Route (same for both groups) to be decided on the day, and meeting up again at the cafe afterwards.

As no one apparently took up your suggestion on this occasion, Rikeh, it seemed reasonable to go back to the usual format this week. Also, it should be done with both groups in mind, as it was agreed that both groups would follow the same route, more or less.
However, the question of making up a table of routes in advance was talked about last week and I believe that this will happen. It's a good idea and let's people hook up along the way.
Watch this space.

Rikeh has made a very good point on the sunday club run's. I think it is a good idea to post the club run's in advance onto the web site as it saves time on the day also anyone who has a mechanical problem 'punture ect' can look at the route' and cut across country and get back onto the group. Also it may be a good idea to print out and keep in the club room's club rider's favourite run's. We could all submit one run each. _________________ It's better to burn out than fade away... |
