Hi Lee, hows the new bike?

Me and Rikeh are definitely going out tomorrow. Meeting at club room at 10am, only doing about 2 hrs though, i'll be sore from today!

I'm looking forward to trying the new bike and the route looks good. Love the web site with the route planed out. You'll have to let us know how the race went today. Were going to ride out to watch and get a photo or two but the boss would not release my shackles. Will be at the clubhouse at 10. Cheers

Ah thats a shame, was such a nice day for it too.

I've posted a link on the other thread with my Garmin info from the race if you want a swatch of that in the meantime.

Great run today guys. My legs are just starting to feel like they are still attached to my body. Will have to use that area for training, as you all could see I need it Embarassed
