hi guys will there be a run this sunday, 2 weekends of boxing over and im off work this sunday looking forward to getting out.
ps 2 of the viewpark boxers won the western districts title.
only 1 my son fought in the scottish and lost in semi's better luck next year. |

Yes, a great run today, good weather, good pace, good company, good cafe, good potholes...
By the way, I just got the back tube changed when I noticed the front one was flat too! Happened just after I hit one of the said potholes. Just as well I didn't offer a tube to Smudger when he punctured at the start!
I agree that Les did extremely well today. Watch this space, I would say!
Alex too, after his race yesterday!
