Smuger is bringing up his laptop at the next club meeting on friday 18th september 19 30hrs to book anyone who is interested on going to the majorca 2010 1 week training camp late april.p.s. bring your visa or credit card along to book your place on the night.cheers the slab.

I will be away at the time of the next club meeting, but am quite interested in the week's training camp in April 2010. I have a few questions, that might be of general interest too:

What are the proposed dates?
Is it a formal company-run camp?
Where in Majorca is it?
If a hotel, which one?
Is it full or half board or B&B?
How much will it cost all in?
If not Puerto Pollensa, is there good bike hire (there is in P/Poll)?
What will the temperature be? Cool

Are people who ask lots of questions allowed to go? Laughing

ether 21st april to 28th or 28th april to 5th may,cost hotel halfboard aprox �100,bus 25 euros,plus globespan flight,good bike hire in area,which i can arrange,hotelplaza which gets rave reviews,santa ponsa,not formal training camp,had 18 last year,weather was lovely,used santa ponsa as a base last 2 years,terain,seems to suit everyone,i stayed for the 1st week in may when the guys went home and the weather was amazing,thats why i thought that might be a better week.it,s only �20 deposit next meeting and balance in january,most guys book there own flights,with globespan,which are about �110 AT THE MOMENT,if you dont decide now i can always add on later,hope that answers all your questions.

Hi Smudger,

Sorry I can�t come the meeting on Friday as we�ll be away next week.

Please include me in the hotel booking. I�ll book my own flights and bus once we know the dates, and will send you the deposit of �20 if you can let me have your contact details.

Please arrange for bike hire too, carbon fibre bike for a wee guy only 5�6� with two bottle cages and spare tubes/levers. I�ll take my pedals, shoes and helmet.

i,ll get the numbers at the next meeting,you dont have to book a bus dennis ,i,ll sort that i book one that takes the whole group.
