Starting tomorrow there will be 2 groups out on the road 1st group will be a very easy pace suited to people who want to get good bike experience and there bike fitness up to speed also less miles and with experience club riders watching over the group. 2nd group will be for the more experience cyclists with a good base fitness taking in the full route at a steady pace all welcome The Slab. Tomorrow's route will be Larkhall, Clyde Valley Braidwood, Yeildshields, Forth, West Calder, Fauldhouse, Salsburgh, Newhouse Cool
