"Merry Christmas everyone, hope you all had a lovely holiday.
South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture are organising a Duahtlon "Spring into Duathlon" on Sunday 4th March. It is 5k/20k/5k and the bike is on closed roads within Stathclyde park. The run, transition and registration is at the Hamilton palace sports grounds. �17 for tri memebers and �20 for non members with a great tshirt and bag at the end. This will be a great event and you can now enter online through the South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture website under the events section.

Dennis, I might give it a go. Is the format 5km run, 20km bike and 5km run? |

I think so but you can check direct with Shona to be sure (email in last post) if you like. I would imagine that runs would be longer than cycles, but, hey, I'm no runner!
