Mid week Training rides start this Wednesday at 19 00hrs Meeting at Bay Horse Pub Hamilton opp Hamilton Racecourse Training rides will suit people who want to improve there general skills on the bike and take there overall Fitness to the next level pace will be very steady on mostly flat roads with avg speeds 13/15 mph so no racers please ! Distance between 15-20mls The Slab

Great turnout tonight 20 guy's and ladys out on a nice steady cycle the pace seem to suit all of the riders who were out and I hope that they all enjoy it looking forward to next wednesday night meeting and leaving from The Bay Horse Pub Hamilton opp The Racecourse At 18 30hrs also Thanks to Les Mckezie and Arthur for watching out for the Group and big JPR For shouting out the potholes !! Untill next week The Slab
