Great day today for todays club run leven to st andrews and back taking in the fife coastal route thanks to big steven for organising today's club run great turnout 18 guy's in total hard day in the saddle with the group fighting tough head winds for most of todays run but all the guy's did great in finishing with no one ordering a taxi ! also thanks to big jim for taking the bikes and guys up in the van and just to finish on a high note jocky johnstone was on fire today what a guy !

Hi guys was that tough or what!!!! with the head wind out and back , i do like to be by the seaside came to mind or not Laughing Laughing Laughing , Great run Steven, did enjoy it thought , everyone did really well , : Wink Wink especially Jocky for his banter.Big thanks to the drivers for taking us up .

that was a great run today every one did a turn at the front it was great fun before we left and better fun on the ride Laughing Laughing going through all the little village on the way up baloons for rags that was the royal abert war cry lots of fun on sunday

you had very hard ride to close that gap on the way back ian full marks for that effort the slab and the beast where not hanging about we where doing 35mls hr at that time and then when you closed the gap you did not miss a turn at the front what a ride you did Razz Razz Razz

I was cramping up really bad and out of fizz on the return leg. A few more weeks and I will be lighter and hopefully back to full strength. I was pedalling squares. Hard old day in the saddle for all. I couldn't hold Ian and Iain's wheel. Some effort.

Cheers Jocky. Didn't think I would catch you and the Slab for a while and it was touch and go, but it was an education, riding with you and John, learning how to position into the wind for maximum shelter. It was brilliant and I was on a high all night!
