Jacqui and i(mostly Jacqui) are organising a ball on Saturday the 27th of March for CF,this is what Cameron has, hence the hospital stays. The tickets are 40 per head(dinner, entertainment etc) at the Shawlands. if your interested in going just let us know. Also if anyone has connections for raffle/auction prizes please let me know as it would help to raise a few more quid. Cheers,Scott

Thanks for a great night out Scott. Lots of money raised for a great cause. I won't embarrass Red Rocket's modesty by saying how much he donated, but it's fair to say his wallet is as big as his heart! Very Happy I, on the other hand, bought 15 of raffle tickets and won about 60 in prizes....... the only thing an Albert Rider won that Saturday! Embarassed Thanks again, Derek

Hi Scott,

Can you please let me have your address and the Society payee name so I can send you a cheque as a small donation.

When you came across us two 'strays' in the area outside the hall on saturday night, after we were recovering from a fantastic meal in the restaurant, we were totally oblivious to the fact that your event was on that day. Yes, I know I missed the large notice outside the hall, but as I usually can't find the cornflake packet on the kitchen worktop, that was not too unusual!

Thanks for inviting us in, but we really didn't feel we could do that, given that we weren't there on the same basis as everyone else.

Glad things went well on the night.

Regards,

Dennis
