Great turnout today for today's club run, 20 guy's in total headed out via the Clyde Valley, Carluke, Yeildshields, Forth, West Calder, then stoping at Polkemmet park for lunch, after lunch we all headed home together via Harthill, Salsburgh, Newhouse, all in lovely sunshine it was good also to see new faces joining the bunch come and join us next week if you want a great day's training untill next week The Slab.

Great turn out today in fantastic weather  . Jim and I will need to invest in a new clock for next week so as we are on time But we finally made it , but thanks to big willie from ashgill for having a timely puncture just outside Forth, otherwise it would have been the coffee stop before we caught up , see you all next week |
