Get down there on your bike Fraser. Doesn't matter how fast or slow you are. The important thing is that you're in a lot of pain at the top. Very Happy

Rik's odds moved out from 2/1 to 5/2, looking tired at times today, maybe just toying with his rivals though, he was out on his Winter hack.
And another thing, if Wilson's really 9st, new odds of 3/1

Nah, I reckon Rickys odds should stay the same. He was on steel bike and still looked good that one time.

My odds should go out past Rickys to be honest, Keith's brother has won it last 3 years, he can't be happy at not being favourite!

Odds have been updated in light of new info. Fathead out to 5/2. Cipo in to 5/1. The Vuture out to evens (although the bookies have been caught out in the past with Pete Ramsden down-playing his chances!). I'm out to 16/1 because I've not looked at a bike for weeks. Seen Keith's Brother at Go Ride on Saturday (another good session for the kids btw), modest as ever but I'm keeping him at evens. He's not odds on this year due to the number of credible challengers Smile

If we have enough people there to help, might be a good idea to have a 'catcher' at the top of the climb.

Just a thought.

Well.... he was Jim 'Postie' Paton last year, but he's not a postman anymore. Ye, it's poor, but trust you to focus on the negative. What about all the good names I came up with? 'Keith's Brother' - you can't say that's not hilarious.... and Davie 'Sonny' Fairweather!! Laughing

Also anyone who's up for helping out with club duties on Friday night or Sunday's hill climb please post on forum as I reckon we will need a few body's. PS. Also feel free to bring along cakes, biscuits, for after race on Sunday many thanks The slab.

Annan Special Branch? Then again, if I leave Amman, peace in the Middle East could be compromised. Laughing
