Dear All,

A number of you have expressed concerns to me (in capacity as chairman) over some aspects of the recent direction being taken by the club.

Given these concerns, I propose that we have an additional meeting for all members to come along to the club hut to air these issues and make sure that we are not heading off in a direction which the members do not want.

Please can everyone interested come along to the club on 28th March at 7.30pm?
