I can make it on Saturday. Alec's picking me up at 7.40, then Lee at 8.00 in Strathaven, but by Alec's timing, you can add at least 30 mins onto those times Smile

Thanks guys for showing me the ropes yesterday in the race. It has shown me just how much my fitness levels have to improve just to stay with the bunch. Looking forward to the next one. Cheers Lee

Aye, well done Lee - come out with the Bundy, that's good training. You might not get right round to start with but the try and hang for longer and longer each time. Gets you used to riding at speed in a bunch. Smile
