2 minutes of 2008 club a.g.m.proposed and seconded
3 business arising from mins of club 2008 a.g.m.
3 Reports secretary treasurer, balance sheet club funds ect, Time trial secretary,Road race secretary, Social secretary
4 election of commitee members
5 Any other business
6 All members are asked to attend as your views on club matters are important to the future of the cycling club
