GREAT RUN TODAY ' TOUGH GOING WITH A FEW TOUGH CLIMBS ALONG THE WAY THE GUY'S ARE SHOWING GOOD FITNESS WELL DONE TO ALL THE GUYS THAT CAME OUT AND TOOK PART' AND ALSO A BIG THANKS TO COLIN MASON WHO DID A GREAT JOB IN TAKING GROUP 2 AROUND THE SAME COURSE UNTIL NEXT WEEK THE SLAB

That was a fair old pace today and a good idea to have the group 2 following behind to sweep up the guys who found it a tadge fast (although the the guys who dropped off seemed to go missing  )
